a. they're either about improving your own self growth, becoming more confident etc (which dystonia attacks) b. or helping you relax (which will reduce dystonia symptoms) c. or about the brain and thoughts etc (which helps understand dystonia maybe?) d. or to make you laugh (which reduces...) e. or to make you wonder about the uniqueness and beauty of this world (which makes you less unhappy, less surrounding yourself with yourself)
